Holiday Homes

You can use your holiday home from the 1st March to the 16th January.

You are not allowed to use it as your main residence and we must have a main address for our records in order to comply with our site licence.

Every holiday home is on a concrete base fully connected to mains services. Telephone connection and satellite dishes are available.

There is a 15 Year review on all holiday homes. It will then be dependent upon its condition and exterior relative to any new models.

If you wish to sell your holiday home you may do this through the office on a commission basis (15%) without making a huge loss.

On the park we have a newly refurbished laundrette, public telephone and visitors WC.

Small pets are welcome, there are numerous local walks to exercise your pet.

Residential Park Homes

We are allowed 28 Residential Park Homes and currently do not have any room for a new one.

All park homes can be used all year.

Their price is dependent upon the current housing market.

Each home has a mobile home agreement.
